Lakeland Hills Family YMCA is proud to host the Mountain Lakes Turkey Trot for the third year, continuing a beloved Thanksgiving tradition made possible by the community members who established and supported it over the years.
Whether you are racing toward a personal best, walking with family, jogging alongside friends, or cheering from the sidelines, everyone has a place in the flock. Lace up your running shoes, bring your Thanksgiving spirit, and join us for a fun, festive morning filled with achievement, belonging, and community connection.
Race Details
The Mountain Lakes Turkey Trot is a USATF-sanctioned 5K for participants of all ages and abilities. Runners, walkers, and strollers are welcome. Children ages 2 and younger participate free.
Race-Day Schedule
7:30 AM — Check-In and Race-Day Registration
8:50 AM — Call to the Post
9:00 AM — Start Trotting
Race packets may be picked up at the start location on race morning, but advance packet pickup is strongly encouraged to avoid crowds and additional wait time.

Participants who register by Monday, November 9 are guaranteed an event T-shirt.
