
2026 Back the Blue 5K is a running race on October 17, 2026 in Deer Park, TX, with an entry fee of $30.
Join the Deer Park and La Porte, Texas communities for the 6th annual 5K. Whether you're running, walking, or crawling, come start the day with this 5k before heading inside for the main Back the Blue BBQ & Festival! We are so excited for this year being held at the NEW Jimmy Burke Activity Center. This annual event aims to bring together local officers with their community, and provide support for the men & women in blue.
You do not have to be law enforcement to participate! (current law enforcement officer's: please email us ahead of time for your discount code).
Last day to register and receive a race t-shirt: September 28th. If we have left over shirts they may be available race morning after 830am.
If you’d like to purchase an extra race shirt, they will also have a cut off date of 9/28 and can be picked up at Packet Pickup 10/15 & 10/16.
