We invite you not only to register and participate, but also to seek sponsorships and encourage donations from friends, family, co-workers, and all your social media followers. With your help, we can extend support to families locally and around the world to make a lasting difference.
Join us on SUNDAY, November 8, 2026, for our 15th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K. This fundraiser supports Columbia's Spend Yourself® World Hunger ministries in Falls Church and Muchila, Zambia. Sign up to run or walk in person or virtually from wherever you are and start raising funds!
