We invite you not only to register and participate, but also to seek sponsorships and encourage donations from friends, family, co-workers, and all your social media followers. With your help, we can extend support to families locally and around the world to make a lasting difference.
Join us on SUNDAY, November 8, 2026, for our 15th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K. This fundraiser supports Columbia's Spend Yourself® World Hunger ministries in Falls Church and Muchila, Zambia. Sign up to run or walk in person or virtually from wherever you are and start raising funds!
Your 15th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K Walk shirt and race packets can be picked up from the foyer of Columbia Church at 103 W Columbia St, Falls Church, VA 22046 on Friday, November 6th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm or Saturday, November 7th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
REGISTER BY OCTOBER 15th TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE THE OFFICAL 15TH ANNUAL SPEND YOURSELF RACE LONG SLEEVED T-SHIRT!!!!!
