A Race Rooted in Friendship & Community
Before Shoes & Brews opened its doors, we dreamed of pairing running with local beer. Left Hand Brewing said yes to our very first run club — and even covered the beer tab! That moment kicked off a decade-long friendship, countless miles, and one of our favorite traditions: the Sole Mates 5K.

What to Expect
We’ve packed all our favorite things into one day:
✅ Scenic 5K run/walk on the St. Vrain Greenway
✅ Left Hand Beer, Cider, and food included with your bib
✅ Music & local vendor expo
✅ Huge raffle with thousands in prizes $$$$
✅ Custom Sole Mates race hat - you can only get it if you race or volunteer!

✅ Exclusive in-store discounts all weekend at Shoes & Brews - plus bonus discounts on 100's of shoes and apparel items.

Race Day Schedule
Elite Wave – 9:30 AM
• Sub-22 min 5K pace
• Prizes: Win overall male or female and you walk away with --- Your weight in beer from Left Hand Brewing!!

Open Wave – 10:00 AM
• All paces, walkers, pups, and strollers welcome
• Prizes: Saucony running shoes for male & female winners

Age Group Awards – Growlers & crowlers for 1st & 2nd place in each category, combined heats.

🛣 Course: Out-and-back with a scenic lollipop loop along the St. Vrain Greenway
