What is a good 5k pace?+
It depends entirely on the runner — a first 5k athlete vs. a seasoned marathon runner will run different times. Any pace that gets you to the finish is a valid goal. Use the calculator to work backward from whatever finish time you are aiming for to the pace it requires.
