Whether you are excited to jump start your fitness journey or you are ready to up your game by adding some more intense workouts into your training schedule, the YMCA 10k Training Team is for you! You will train with motivational coaches and teammates every Saturday (or Sunday) morning at one of several locations throughout the Richmond Region. Our team of amazing coaches will be with you every step of the way to the Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10k presented by Kroger finish line on April 17. Camaraderie, accountability, fun and so much more awaits!
