Join us at Fleet Feet, in San Antonio TX, at The Quarry or Stone Oak location on October 10 for the World Mental Health Day 5K-sponsored by Altra, a celebration of movement, connection, and the powerful role running can play in supporting mental well-being.  Every participant helps raise awareness for mental health while supporting Still I Run's mission to promote movement for mental well-being.

As the culminating event of National Run for Mental Health Week, the World Mental Health Day 5K brings people together both virtually and at Fleet Feet locations across the country for one shared day of movement and purpose.
