Wendell 5K & 10K

Join us in the heart of Downtown Wendell for the Wendell 5K & 10K! Whether you're chasing a personal best, tackling your first race, or simply looking for a fun way to support the community, this event offers something for everyone.

Participants can choose between a fast and scenic 5K or step up to the challenge of the 10K as they run through beautiful Wendell and experience the energy of one of North Carolina's fastest-growing communities. After crossing the finish line, enjoy the atmosphere of historic Downtown Wendell and celebrate with fellow runners, friends, and family.

The Wendell 5K & 10K proudly serves as the kickoff event for three weeks of activities leading up to NC Sports Con, a community-wide celebration of sports, fitness, health, and active living. By participating in the race, you'll help launch an exciting series of events that bring athletes, families, and community members together in Downtown Wendell to showcase the power of sport and wellness.

Most importantly, your participation makes a difference. Proceeds from the race will benefit Wendell initiatives, helping support programs, events, and projects that continue to make Wendell a vibrant destination for residents and visitors alike.

Race Shirt
All participants who register by the shirt deadline will receive a race t-shirt with registration.
