The race path takes the runners into the Mt. Albion Cemetery, with rolling terrain and beautiful scenery. The historic Mt. Albion Cemetery is a rural cemetery established in the 1840s on a glacial drumlin (landforms composed primarily of glacial till). In 1976 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district. As you run, you will pass Wayne's site, energetic volunteers to cheer you on, and an amply supplied water station.
If you are not up for a run, we would still love to have you join us for the walk on our 3.17mile course. The 10K course is two loops- the turnaround just before Clarendon Road. Course map can be found here.
Come join us and break up the cabin fever we all get during the long winter months and let's have some fun!
All finishers will receive a medal!
