Join us for a competitive 5k race around Spring Lake Park OR join us for a stroll of any speed around Spring Lake. The Walk or Run for Life benefits 1st Choice Pregnancy Resource Center in our mission to help empower women to choose life. We aim to raise awareness about abortion issues, provide comfort, peer counseling, pregnancy tests, and limited ultrasounds to expectant women, and help families with physical and referral resources.
