Waggin' for a Van is a running race on October 24, 2026 in Worcester, MA.
A little Halloween fun and a big difference for local animals!
Join the Worcester Animal Rescue League for our Waggin’ for a Van Halloween 5K! We’re bringing our community together to help raise funds for a van to support WARL’s work caring for animals in need.
A van will do more than help us transport animals... it will help us bring WARL’s services directly into the community. With dependable transportation, we can expand our community programs, reach more animals and families, and bring support beyond the shelter’s walls. Every registration helps us get closer to making that possible.
Come enjoy a festive outing for a meaningful cause. Halloween costumes are encouraged, whether you go all out or add a little spooky flair!
This event is pet-friendly, so bring your four-legged friends along for the fun. Pets are welcome to show off their costumes, too!
The first 40 registrants will receive a commemorative event T-shirt!
Every registration brings us closer to our fundraising goal and helps WARL continue building a more humane community through lifesaving programs, compassionate care, and local services for animals and people.
Check in begins at 9:00 AM and the walk will start at 9:30 AM! Gather your friends, get into the Halloween spirit, and help us get those wheels rolling!
