United We Move is a running race on October 17, 2026 in Fall River, MA, with entry fees from $40 to $50.
The Why: The United We Move Trailfest kicks off our Annual Campaign with energy, movement, and community partnership! This event jumpstarts our yearly fundraising for local programs focused on health, youth opportunity, financial stability, and community resiliency. The United We Move Trailfest offers 5 different trail events of differing distances. This year, choose to Walk (2 miles or 5K), Run (5K or 10 miles), or Ruck (10 miles)! All races will take place in the scenic Fall River Bioreserve, where you’ll enjoy crisp autumn air, vibrant fall foliage, and beautiful views of the North Watuppa Pond.
After the races, stick around for music, refreshments, and family-friendly activities at Tech Etch in Fall River’s Industrial Park!
Register today to get in on the action! By participating in the 7th Annual United We Move Trailfest, you’ll join our community of changemakers working together to ensure everyone in Greater Fall River has the opportunity to thrive.
The Walk Courses: The Tattapanum trail is a lovely lollypop shaped route that's super-walkable and family-friendly, or folks can try the 5K route for a different option. Roots and rocks are prevalent, and you can expect slight inclines/declines. The Tattapanum loop itself is about a mile long so the distance presented includes the walk to and from our staging area. Walkers MUST stay to the side of the road as runners are using the same road at the same time.
The Run Courses: Join us for a 5K or 10 mile run through the fire-roads and trails in the Fall River Bioreserve. You'll find a mix of rough paved roads, dirt and sand roads, grassy trails, and some rocky sections on the loop. There's very little elevation on this course, making it FAST for those looking to race.
The Ruck Course: Walk the 10 mile route with a weighted backpack or vest in this ALL NEW United We Move event. Traverse rough paved roads, dirt and sand roads, grassy trails, and some rocky sections on the loop. Watch out for roots and rocks as you challenge your cardio endurance and strength.
Please Note: Day-of registration is available - Cash, Check, and Venmo will be the only payment forms accepted. No swag or packets will be mailed. No refunds will be given. The event will run rain or shine. Dogs are allowed but MUST be on leashes for the ENTIRE event.
