ALICE stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed. ALICE households earn above the Federal Poverty Level but often not enough to cover the basic cost of living, including housing, childcare, food, transportation, healthcare, and other essential expenses.
The United Way Walk/Run for ALICE brings runners, walkers, families, businesses, and community partners together to support working households throughout our community.

Participants are encouraged to pick up their race bib and race materials on Friday before race day.
Packet pickup hours and additional details will be announced closer to the event.
Race morning packet pickup will also be available for participants unable to attend Friday packet pickup.

ALICE: Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed
ALICE represents working individuals and families who earn more than the Federal Poverty Level but still do not earn enough to cover the basic cost of living in their community.
These households may face difficult decisions each month involving housing, groceries, childcare, transportation, healthcare, utilities, and other essential expenses.
The United Way Walk/Run for ALICE helps bring awareness and support to the working households that are an essential part of our community.
RACE DAY
Please arrive early enough to park, check in if needed, use restroom facilities, warm up, and be ready for the 7:30 AM start.
Additional race-day information, including parking, course details, and Race Village instructions, will be provided to registered participants before the event.
THE 5K
The United Way Walk/Run for ALICE is open to competitive runners, recreational runners, walkers, families, corporate teams, and anyone looking to support the ALICE community.
Participants will receive official race timing and results.
PARKING
Parking will be available at North Collier Regional Park.
Please allow additional time on race morning for parking and walking to the Race Village and starting area. Final parking instructions will be communicated to participants during race week.
RACE COMMUNICATION
Registered participants will receive important event information by email, including packet pickup details, parking information, course information, race-day instructions, and final event updates.
