A scenic trek along the trails surrounding the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education. Founded in 1965, the Schuylkill Center is one of the first urban environmental education centers in the country, with 365 acres of fields, forests, and streams in northwest Philadelphia. Participants will enjoy a beautiful course filled with mature tulip poplars, several ponds, oaks, beeches, and art installations.
Choose your distance: 7, 14, 21, or 28 miles, and complete in 10 hours to earn the coveted UltraTrax Grey Wolf Medal. Toss on a 10, 20, or 35-lb weighted vest or ruck and unlock bonus finisher swag + serious bragging rights. The course will be extremely well marked.
UltraTrax Schuylkill Trail kicks off at 7am on September 26, 2026. The starting line will be open from 7am to 10am. It is not a race, but it is a timed event and walkers will have 10 hours to complete the course. Bibs can be mailed or picked up the morning of the event. **IF YOU REGISTER AFTER 9/5/26, BIBS MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON. A friend or relative can pick up a bib if you can't attend. A small amount of VIP parking is available onsite, but complimentary shuttles will run throughout the day to/from our offsite parking lot at 161 Washington Street, Conshohocken, PA, roughly a 10-15 minute drive from the start/finish line. You may also be dropped off at the start line. Finishers will receive a custom t-shirt and velcro patch. Level 3 and 4 participants will also qualify to earn our coveted UltraTrax Grey Wolf medal. Refreshments and food will be available for purchase after the race.

UltraTrax is committed to making a positive impact beyond its events. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education.
