You’re In. Welcome to UltraTrax Cranmore.

On September 11, 2027, you’ll take on a full day of movement, challenge, and time on the trails at Cranmore Mountain in North Conway, New Hampshire.

Your course climbs through Cranmore’s wooded slopes on a mix of single-track, old ski-trail roads, and mountain terrain before opening to elevated stretches with views across North Conway and the surrounding White Mountains. It’s a classic New England mountain experience with plenty of climbing, changing terrain, and rewarding scenery along the way.

Whether you’re here to walk 7 miles or push all the way to 28, the challenge is yours to define.

10 hours. One 7-mile loop. Four distances. How far will you go?

Complete your goal within the 10-hour event window. Want another layer of challenge? Take it on with a 10, 20, or 35 lb. ruck or weighted vest.

The course will be clearly marked from start to finish, with well-stocked aid stations positioned along the route to keep you fueled and moving.

Trek Day
Saturday, September 11, 2027
Cranmore Mountain Resort, North Conway, NH

The start line is open between 7am–10am and is divided into corrals based on distance. 28 milers get started at 7am, 21 milers at 7:45am, 14 milers at 8:30am, and 7 milers at 9:15am.

UltraTrax is not a race, but it is a timed endurance event. You’ll have up to 10 hours to complete your chosen distance.

Move at your pace. Take breaks when you need them. Then keep going.

Bib Pickup

Your bib may be mailed to you in advance or picked up on event morning.

Participants registering after the bib-mailing cutoff must pick up their bib in person.

Taking on the Ruck Challenge?

If you registered for a weighted division, you’ll need to bring your own ruck, backpack, or weighted vest.

Your pack will be weighed before you begin. Everything in the pack counts toward your required weight except perishable food and drinks.

What’s Waiting at the Finish

Finishers will receive:

• A custom UltraTrax finisher medal (Grey Wolf Medal for 28 and 21 milers, Trail Wolf Medal for 14 and 7 milers)
• UltraTrax event T-shirt
• UltraTrax patch
• Additional swag for weighted divisions

After your trek, stick around and enjoy the Base Camp atmosphere. Food and drinks will be available for purchase, with space to recover, refuel, and celebrate with other participants.

Friends and family are welcome to join you at Base Camp.

What to Expect at Cranmore

A Classic New England Mountain Trek
Cranmore combines wooded trail, mountain roads, sustained climbing, and open ski terrain into a challenging seven-mile loop through the heart of the White Mountains.

Climb Through the Forest
Much of the route moves through shaded hardwood and evergreen forest, with single-track and old ski trails carrying you steadily higher across the mountain.

Views Worth the Climb
As you gain elevation, the course opens to views across North Conway, the Mount Washington Valley, and the surrounding White Mountains, a fitting reward for the work it takes to get there.

A Challenge You Choose
There is no single definition of success at UltraTrax. Walk your first 7 miles, chase 28, or add weight and see what you can carry.

Expect a well-marked course, stocked aid stations, event staff, and a community of people working toward their own goals alongside you.
