19th Annual Turkey Trot 5K & 10K
Gobble, Gobble!
Join TWIN RIVERS YMCA for our 19th Annual Turkey Trot 5K & 10K on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at Taberna Golf and Country Club. Our 5K is perfect for families, strollers, and leashed dogs, and is open to both timed and untimed runners and walkers. The 10K is designed for competitive runners and is open to timed runners only.

Event Day Information
-Have questions on race day?
Visit the registration table or approach anyone in a bright yellow volunteer shirt.
-Packet Mailing Option:
Shirt shipping is available for an additional $10 fee (bibs will not be mailed). Shirts will be shipped on Friday, November 20th. This option can be selected during registration.
-Parking & Shuttle:
Free parking will be available in the Subdivision of Taberna. A shuttle (small bus) will run from the clubhouse, heading east on Taberna Way toward Taberna Circle.
-Dogs & Strollers (5K only):
Participants with dogs or strollers must start in their designated staging area. If you do not wish to begin your race from the back, we recommend participating without a dog or stroller.
-Dog Rules:
All dogs must be on a fixed (non-retractable) leash. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste bags, trash cans, and water stations will be provided along the route.
-Prohibited on the Course:
Skateboards, scooters, roller skates, roller blades, and bicycles are not permitted.
