Since the inaugural Mayor’s Cup in 2007, we've raised over $350,000 to provide resources for preschoolers throughout the Tuscaloosa area. The Mayor's Cup is a simple, fun way for the entire community to get together and get involved in supporting education.
The Tuscaloosa Mayor's Cup 5K is a proud partner of the Tuscaloosa Runners' Championship (TRC), presented by Fleet Feet Tuscaloosa. The TRC is a season-long competitive series connecting seven local races from October through May, where runners earn points at each event toward a citywide leaderboard. Every finisher earns points, and the top runners in each age group compete for series titles at the Championship Finale 10K on May 15, 2027. Register for this race and start building your season.
