Welcome to The SPRING SPRUNG 5k-10k and Half Marathon! Brought to you by Rockinator Racing.
Starting at 8:00am in beautiful Queeny Park.
Run Walk Jog or Ruck starting from Racers Village at the Smith Pavillion, through the shady, rolling, fast, gravel trails of Queeny park!
BIG CUSTOM FINISHERS MEDAL INCLUDED! Custom MEDAL badges and awards to the top 3 in all event Age Groups! (1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+) 5K,10K, Ruck and Half Marathon with podiums and Free photos and video for download!
For registering, you not only get an awesome run through the beautiful Queeny park trail system, you get a Big ol' heavy finishers medal, The Rockinator Racing Backpack, A soft spun T-shirt commemorating the event, Race Snacks, Colas, Professional Chip Timing, Aid station access every lap at 3.25 miles stocked with sport drinks, Fully marked course, Music rocking at racer village, Podium Awards Ceremony, Free Action Pics and finish line Video. Whew! A great way to kick off Spring!

Packet pick up will be race morning starting at 6:30 until 7:45. Please try to pick up your packet early to avoid lines!
National Anthem goes off at 7:56. You run off at 8:00.

The half marathon is the distance where you find out what you're actually made of. Long enough to demand real preparation. Short enough that it doesn't consume your life to train for it. How long to train: 10–14 weeks. If you're already running consistently, 10 weeks of structured buildup is enough. If you're building from a casual base, give yourself 14.
