Perry County Road Runners will host the 42nd edition of the Last Mile on December 27th 2025. Its a 5 mile race that starts at the Duncannon Fire Hall at Cumberland and High St. It goes through the scenic hillside outside town and finishes by the Fire Hall.
All Proceeds support the Duncannon Fire Company and a male and female runner at each Perry County school.
