The Heart and Sole 5K is a running race on October 17, 2026 in Fort Valley, GA, with an entry fee of $30.
The Heart & Sole 5K is a community-focused fundraising event hosted by Peach County EMS at Lane Southern Orchards to promote health, wellness, and public safety while raising funds for community health initiatives that directly benefit Peach County residents.
More than just a race, the Heart & Sole 5K brings together families, businesses, healthcare organizations, and community leaders to support programs that improve quality of life for our neighbors. Every day, Peach County EMS encounters citizens who struggle with food insecurity, utility delinquency, live with unsafe home conditions, medication affordability, and have difficulty navigating an extremely complex healthcare system. Our goal is to raise funding which will assist with meeting the immediate need while we assist them with solving the problem long term. Stability takes time. But hunger, environmental concerns, and health needs don't wait. Help us build the bridge to stable and sustainable long term wellness.
