The Haunt Park 5K: Run If You Dare is a running race on October 3, 2026 in Kalamazoo, MI, with an entry fee of $40.
From the Organizer
For more than 20 years, Haunt Park has been the place where nightmares come to life. As Kalamazoo’s only haunted scream park, we’ve terrified tens of thousands of victims with immersive attractions, relentless monsters, and unforgettable fear. This October, the terror escapes the haunted houses… and comes for you.
Introducing the inaugural Haunt Park 5K—a race unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.
On Saturday, October 3, you’ll get an exclusive first look inside Haunt Park before opening night. Your journey begins where most people turn back: Psycho Ward. As darkness falls over Kalamazoo Speedway, you’ll run through twisted corridors, haunted pathways, and the shadows surrounding the park. Every step pulls you deeper into the unknown.
The race begins at 7:15 PM, just minutes before sunset, when daylight dies… and the creatures awaken.
Your escape isn’t complete until you’ve conquered the final challenge—a full lap around the legendary Kalamazoo Speedway oval before crossing the finish line in the pit area, where live music, food trucks, and post-race festivities await those fortunate enough to survive.
This is a chip-timed 5K for runners brave enough to face the darkness.
