
From the Organizer
Sweet Grace Ministries offers support, hope, and empathy to families enduring miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant death. We offer support in the form of comfort baskets, comfort bags, gowns, photography, cards, support group, events, and more. We are currently partnered with 24 hospitals in PA, 2 in MD, 1 in AK, 1 in NJ, and 1 in MT.
Our 15th Walk to Remember will be held Saturday, October 3, 2026 (in person with the option to participate virtually)
We hope to raise awareness, funds, and resources to support our organization. A one-mile walk will follow a remembrance celebration and candle lighting ceremony. All are welcome to participate in person at Norlo Park OR at home with family and friends.
Pre-registration encouraged, but not required.
