From the Organizer
Get ready to join us for our annual community run hosted at the high school on October 3rd.
We are excited to host another community race at SHS in conjunction with our annual Scappoose High School Cross Country Invitational. Runners, in both high school and middle school, will be in town to show off their talents. We hope you join in on the fun.
This year we are offering both a 5k and 1k option for walkers and runners alike. The 5k will be the largest event with walkers and runners from all ages. The 1k is designed to serve our younger runners who participate in the Scappoose Youth Running Club and any other community members who would like to participate in our event but want a shorter distance.
After the event we hope you stay and watch local runners compete at the highest level, celebrate the seniors on the Scappoose XC team, enjoy local food, explore booths, and take part in fun free activities.
Please join us for a fun filled day on October 3rd. We can’t wait to see you out on the course!
