Join us for a great cause.. YOUR HEALTH! Also to help support the local St Louis Fit and Food Connection! 100% of proceeds will go to this local Charity. Thank you Thrivent Financial for supporting this awesome cause!
What is included with your $10 Registration?
Your Registration gets you a branded Sauna Gang Sauna Hat and knowing that you willl be helping those in need as well as a GTX style workout (about 1 hour, all skill levels ok) A session in the traveling Sauna Van with the Cold plunge after if you dare, and A Healthy Lunch BBQ Plate, drinks and refreshments lakeside. (Location TBD Stay Tuned)
Donate if you like, (not necessary) Sign up for $10 and get your banded Sauna Gang hat locked down and get that email in there so we can get you the in person deets once we settle on a date and location for the Sauna Gang Party!
