The Santa Shuffle Fun Run/Walk 5K will kick off the Celebrate Laconia Lights Festival on November 28, 2026 at 9AM in downtown Laconia. This event is sponsored by Downtown Gym and all proceeds will benefit the Greater Lakes Regions Children's Auction and the Belknap Mill.
Come out and share your holiday spirit by dressing up like Santa, elves, reindeer, your favorite ugly sweater or any festive holiday colors. Run, Walk, Skip, or jump your way to 5 kilometers of festive fun. This is going to be a timed race but you can walk or run as fast as you want. We will have prizes for the top 2 finishers in each age group as well as raffles galore!
This is an out and back course. We start and end at City Hall!
Online registration is open until 5:00pm on November 27th. Save $5 by registering by November 21st...price goes up to $35 on November 22nd! Same day registration available between 7:30am and 8:30am at the Belknap Mill.
