Run for wine at the beautiful Sheldrake Point Winery, overlooking Cayuga Lake!
The Run:

Chip Timed with live-streamed results. Race starts at 9:00 AM.

A scenic 5K course which includes breathtaking views of Cayuga Lake

Awards for the Top 3 Overall and Age Group Winners (Male/Female) Ages under 14, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 yrs.

Well Marked cross country style course through the 200 acre vineyard property. Nice wide trails with a combination of short cut grass and packed dirt.

Water station on course. Water and bananas at finish.

Walkers and children welcome to participate. Registration required to be on course for safety of all participants. 1 Hour Time Limit.

Indoor and outdoor seating available to relax and enjoy the morning. May bring blankets and chairs as well if you choose. Bring additional water for pre-race hydration.

Race is Rain or Shine. No refunds or deferrals.
Packet Pick-Up on Race day: 7:30 - 8:30 AM at "Good Day for a Run" tent. Arrive before 8:30 AM to pick up race bib and shirt, listen to race announcements. Race Starts at 9:00 AM. Late starts not allowed due to the design of course.
