From the Organizer
Get ready to run where Florida shows off. Run The Point is more than a race—it’s a celebration of community parks, healthy living, and the wild beauty of our coastal preserves.
This scenic route winds through stunning shoreline trails with unforgettable views of Tampa Bay, the iconic Sunshine Skyway Bridge, and even glimpses toward Egmont Key on a clear day. Along the way, keep your eyes open for Florida wildlife—spoonbills, osprey, and other native birds soar overhead, and if you’re lucky, you may spot a gopher tortoise tucked along the trail.
Choose your adventure:
5K – perfect for beginners and families
5 Mile – for runners who want the extra challenge
Double Nickel Challenge (5K + 5 Mile) – for those who want to go all in!
Whether you’re racing for a PR, walking with friends, or making it a family morning outdoors, Run The Point is built for everyone. Come run, explore, and experience one of the most beautiful natural areas on the Gulf Coast.
