From the Organizer
A few years ago, we started this race to raise money for Lily's medical treatments. Since Lily is completely healed in heaven, we no longer need to raise money for her, but, in memory of our sweet girl, we want to continue to Race for Lily Grace. All of the money raised will be used to care for and minister to other families who have medically complex kids. We want to love and care for these parents by pointing them to the hope of the Gospel and provide support for them as they care for their children.
In order to do this well, we have started a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Upheld Ministries. The Race for Lily Grace is the annual, primary fundraiser for Upheld. At Upheld Ministries, we exist so that parents of medically complex children would know the hope and refuge available to them through the Gospel. Our mission is to provide encouragement through Biblical truth, connection with other parents, rest from responsibilities and support in their daily journey of caring for their children.
Will you join us to Race for Lily Grace - as we remember Lily and support other families.
