From the Organizer
Join us for our annual PUSH Fitness sprint distance Triathlon, in the heart of Minneapolis at a new home base of V3 Sports. It’s a great way to build community, test your fitness skills and finish the summer with a bang.
Compete as an individual for all three legs of the tri or as part of a team in this 1/3-mile indoor pool swim, 15-mile outdoor bike, and 5K outdoor run!
Swim leg is 24 lengths in an indoor, state-of-the art 50-yard pool (12 laps). Bike leg is an out & back route starting at V3 Sports, continuing on Plymouth Ave into Theo Wirth Park on Luce Line Trail and back, on designated bike paths. Run leg is a flat 3.1-mile sidewalk route starting at V3 Sports and looping through the local neighborhood. Specific route will be shared closer to race and volunteers will be along each route to guide, direct and support.
After registration, a confirmation email will be sent with information about free group training sessions set to start on June 14th.
Early bird pricing ends after Juneteenth.

Three sports, one race — swim, bike, run in sequence, with transitions that are a discipline of their own.
Open water, open roads, and competition with yourself. Cross the finish line knowing what it took to get there.
Swim, bike, run — back to back. The sprint distance makes it far more accessible than most people think.
