Project Running Fearless is a unique community event that combines a 5K fun run with a 2-hour hands-on self-defense course designed specifically for runners, walkers, and outdoor enthusiasts.
Our goal isn't to race—it's to bring people together, build confidence, and equip you with practical skills to help you stay safe while enjoying the outdoors.
This event is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Kick off the morning with a relaxed, non-competitive run on the beautiful Tennessee Riverwalk. Meet new people, encourage one another, and enjoy moving together as a community.

Led by Zirkops Training, this 2-hour interactive course focuses on:
