The Port City Run has been a fixture in Frankfort since 1979, making a notable return in 2026 with a new autumn schedule. This year's run/walk coincides with the Frankfort Fall Festival and Craft Fair, celebrating a vibrant day filled with fitness, crafts, and community spirit in downtown Frankfort.
Awards in the 5K race will go to the top overall, master and grand master male & female runners, Awards will also be given to the top place in 14 age-group divisions including 0-14, 15-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60, 61-65, 66-70, 70-75, 76-80, 80 +
Pre-race day packet pick up will take place at StormCloud Brewing on Friday, October 9 from 4PM until 7PM. StormCloud will be proving $2 off coupons to registered participants.
Race Day packet pick up will take place in Open Space Park one hour prior to race time. Look for the "CHECK IN" wind waiver.
Funds raised from the event will help support the Frankfort-Elberta Area Varsity Cross Country and Track programs. Go Panthers!!
