From the Organizer
The Pink and Blue 5k Run and Fun Walk in beautiful Middletown, Maryland is a family friendly event to raise money for Breast Cancer Research, Awareness, and Care. The race is called Pink and Blue for a good reason - to raise public awareness of Male Breast Cancer.
While Male Breast Cancer makes up less than 1% of cases, it has a higher mortality rate because of the lack of public awareness than Men Get it Too! It is our mission to fix that and to make Male Breast Cancer part of the conversation.
All profits from the event will be shared between The Hurwitz Breast Cancer Fund and the Male Breast Cancer Global Alliance. Two organizations dedicated to working for a cure for all Breast Cancers.
Please join us for the inaugural event on October 3rd and add the event to your annual plan!
