Natural, unpaved paths with rocky sections, elevation changes, and occasional steep climbs/descents — especially toward the river and waterfall areas. The 5k route has some pavement and is an easy route. The 10k route is harder with more elevation and technical terrain.
50K Race, 6:00 am start, 5 loops
25k Race, 7:00 am start, 3 loops (10k,10k,5k)
10k Race, 7:30 am start, 2 loops(5k loopx2)
5k Race, 8:00 am start, 1 loop
