Join The PopPsych! Foundation for the inaugural Outrun the Stigma 5K Run/Walk, a community event dedicated to raising mental health awareness, promoting wellness, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
Run, walk, or do a little of both! Whether this is your first 5K or your fiftieth, all fitness levels are welcome.
