You're invited to Oconee Humane Society's 2nd annual Paws in the Park 5K run & 1 mile walk. Join us and help raise funds to support the awesome programs offered and supported by Oconee Humane Society.

Bring your whole family (well behaved, leashed pups included) to one of Oconee's most scenic parks and enjoy a 3.1 mile run lakeside while supporting a great cause. Prefer a more leisurely walk? Sign up for the 1 mile walk and join the festivities!

Packet Pickup	Friday, February 26th at South Cove County Park from 3-6 PM, and Saturday, February 27th from 7-8 AM before the race
Parking	Parking is available at South Cove County Park (1099 S Cove Rd, Seneca, SC 29672). Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your start to park and check in, follow any posted signs or volunteers, and carpool if you can.

7:00 AM	Race-morning packet pickup opens (until 8:00 AM)
8:15 AM	Pre-race announcements and course briefing
8:30 AM	5K Run/Walk starts; the 1 Mile Walk/Run starts shortly after
9:25 AM	Awards (results are live on the race page as runners finish)
9:45 AM	Course closes

After the Race

Post race party will follow with awards, refreshments, and music to enjoy lakeside.

Good to Know Can I bring my dog? Pets are welcome but must be on a short leash (no retractable leashes please, for safety). Are strollers and walkers allowed? Strollers and walkers are welcome, but we ask that they start at the back of the group for safety.

• Rain or shine: the race goes on in any weather. If lightning or severe weather makes it unsafe, the start may be delayed.
• No refunds: all registrations are final.
• Race-day registration: open on your phone until the race starts.
