The Mother Lode is about to get a frightfully fast new tradition!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 31st at 8:00 AM and join us for the second annual Mother Lode Monster Dash 5K & Costume Contest, starting and finishing at the historic Jackson Catholic Cemetery—the perfect place to rise and run!
This 5K run/walk welcomes all creatures—whether you’re lightning-fast like a vampire bat, steady as a shambling zombie, or somewhere in between. Along the way, you’ll soak in the golden autumn beauty of the Mother Lode before crossing the finish line for our ghoulishly great post-race party at 9:00 AM.
Park at the Jackson Catholic Cemetery on Cemetery Ln. in Downtown Jackson, and start and finish the race alongside the spirits of the dead.
🎃 Awards & Costume Contest – Prizes for overall speed demons, age-group champions, and the most spook-tacular costumes. First-place finishers will receive a homemade pumpkin pie made by Argonaut culinary students!
All participants will receive a custom T-shirt
👟 Bib Pick-Up – Race-day check-in begins at 7:00 AM right at the starting line.
🦇 All abilities welcome—run, walk, or zombie-shuffle your way to the finish!
