MKFD FIRED UP 5K is a running race on September 20, 2026 in Mount Kisco, NY, with entry fees from $10 to $30.
The 13th Annual Kisco 5K and Kids Mad Dash will take place on September 20,2026
One of Mount Kisco's favorite events is back for a 13th year and we are excited for the Mount Kisco Volunteer Fire Department to continue the tradition of #kathystrong. Last year was incredibly successful and we look forward to much of the same. We are currently accepting sponsorship for these events. Please contact 5k@Kiscofire.com if you are interested. This year, all proceeds from the race will go to training and equipment for our dedicated volunteers!
This year, we will be running in honor of Kathy Tilden. Kathy has always had a pivotal role in the 5K. She quickly knew that the Kisco 5K would blossom into something special. A couple of years after the 5K began, Kathy became the Race Director. From this point on, KT made it her mission to better the race year to year. KT welcomed all with a warm smile and calm demeanor, even in the craziest of circumstances. She was a huge help to the Fire Department, allowing us to get up and running in no time flat. We will all certainly miss Kathy, but we know she will be watching over us on the 20th!
We are only accepting Pre-Registered Runners for this event. There will be no registration the day of the event
** Tee shirts will not be included for people who sign up after 9/13/26 **
