Join Us for a Scenic Run Along the Delaware!
We are excited to invite you to the inaugural Mischief on the River 5K, hosted by the River Rats Athletics 501(c)(3). Designed by runners, for runners, this event features a flat and fast, out-and-back course perfectly suited for participants of all abilities—whether you're aiming for a personal best or enjoying a beautiful day on the trail.
Note: This race is limited to the first225 participants, so be sure to register early! This event will take place rain or shine.
Event Schedule
Registration: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Race Time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Awards Ceremony: 10:30 AM
Event Details
Date: October 11, 2026
Location: Frenchtown Elementary School, 902 Harrison St, Frenchtown, NJ 08825
Timing: Provided by Pretzel City Sports.
Amenities: The venue includes on-site parking and access to actual bathroom facilities.
Course: Scenic, flat, out-and-back rail trail along the Delaware River, featuring an aid station near the turn-around point.
Post-Race: Stick around after you cross the finish line for refreshments!
Registration Fees
Early Registration: $39.99 (Until September 12th)
Late Registration: $44.99 (September 13th – October 10th)
Race Day Registration: $50.00 (Cash only)

• Overall: 1st Place Male, Female, and Non-binary.
• Age Group Awards: Presented for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Male, Female, and Non-Binary categories in the following age groups:
14 and under, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40-49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+
