The Med City Marathon has grown substantially over the last few years, hosting thousands of runners during our race weekend. Our goal is to host one of the greatest Marathon weekends in the region, and with the help of our sponsors, our community, and our runners, we have been building a must-run weekend celebration in Rochester, MN. We can't wait to see this coming spring!
Weekend events include: Boston Qualifier/USATF certified Marathon, Marathon Relay (2 or 4 person teams), GPC Half Marathon, Altra 5K, GLK Kids Race, Med City Health & Fitness Expo, and Med City Block party with some great midwest live music groups.
