A unique 5k/10k/Half Marathon in the heart of downtown St. Charles with a little bonus, non-technical, shady trail off of the Katy....truly a hidden gem! Come on out and see for yourself! Enjoy these flat and fast routes starting on the Katy Trail near Bike Stop Cafe and the Katy Depot. All the routes go through Frontier Park then north on the soft path. Beautiful river views! Post run fun at the Bike Stop Cafe including coffee and beer specials and social time on the patio!

How long to train: 10–14 weeks. If you're already running consistently, 10 weeks of structured buildup is enough. If you're building from a casual base, give yourself 14.
