From the Organizer
This event is held in loving memory and honor of my mother, Sebrenia Russaw, who was tragically lost due to domestic violence murder-suicide. Through this walk/run, we continue her legacy by creating a space of hope, healing, strength, and awareness. We walk and run to honor survivors of domestic violence and their loved ones — the families, friends, and communities who have been impacted by their journeys. We recognize their courage, resilience, and strength.
