Join your friends and neighbors for the 18th Annual Laurel Park Turkey Day 5k/Fun Run! This non-competitive charity event is open to everyone. Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome.
This year's main charity is the Junior Charity League of Concord, whose mission is to improve the lives of our neighbors through active volunteerism by providing basic needs, educational programs and social services.
Additionally, we'll be collecting non-perishable items for the Second Harvest Backpack Program at Weddington Hills Elementary School. This program provides a backpack full of nutritious, ready to eat or easy to prepare foods that is sent home on weekends and holidays when school meals are not available. Suggested items:
Adults 13 and up: $30
Children 12 and under: $20
Shirt Only: $20 (available through Nov 11)
*Entry fees increase by $5.00 after November 11.
Register by Nov 11 to be guaranteed a shirt. Limited shirts available while supplies last.
Online registration closes Nov 23.
In-person registration and packet pickup will be Nov 25 from 5:00 - 6:30 PM and Nov 26 from 7:30 - 8:15 AM at the Laurel Park clubhouse.
Toddler Trot starts at 8:15 AM. No registration required. Use the Shirt Only event to purchase a shirt.
1 Mile Fun Run starts at 8:30 AM.
5K Run/Walk starts at 9:00 AM.

There are NO refunds of registration fees. This event will occur rain or shine, warm or cold. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In that event, there will be no refunds, rather, your entry fee will be used as a charitable donation. You will also be able to pick up your race packets.
