From the Organizer
The run is held on the golf course at the Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club. It's a great opportunity to run through the beautiful golf course with some of the most dramatic elevation changes in central Florida.
It is a stroller friendly race. Walking entrants are also welcome.
Music and snacks will be available for participants around the country club pool at the end of the run. Medals will be awarded to the top finishers in each age category, male and female.
By finishing the race you will earn a medal.
Great raffle items, so make sure you bring some cash with you! We will also have two drawings for a "Wagon full of Spirits". This was very popular last year. Two separate wagons full of alcohol, including vodka, rum, bourbon, whiskey, wine, and many more. At least 30 bottle in each wagon. Tickets are $30/one or $50/two.
Costumes are encouraged! The best costume will win a prize. Adult and child winner.
The run will be professionally timed by TRC Race Management.
All of the proceeds will be donated to help support Sunrise of Pasco Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Center. All services provided by Sunrise are free of charge, including case management, counseling, and support groups for all ages. You may access the organization at:
