Welcome to the Kids Run This Town Seasonal Run Series, a twice-a-year running program designed to build confidence, community, and pure joy for kids of all ages! Each season includes four weekly running sessions with age-appropriate distances plus entry into the end of season 5K.

AGE GROUPS & WEEKLY DISTANCES
These are consistent all season long:
Pre-K: 50-yard dash
K–1st: 100 yards
2nd–3rd: ¼ mile
4th–5th: ½ mile
Middle School: 1 mile
Kids run at their own pace, this program celebrates effort over speed.

Kids will unlock their “superpowers” each week through pacing, courage, confidence, and team spirit. The season wraps with the Super Hero 5K, where kids take their final victory lap in full hero energy (capes encouraged!).
Spring Finale: Super Hero 5K – Entry Included (Sunday May 17th 2026)

Fall is all about grit, heart, and gratitude. Kids train together, earn their seasonal badges, and end the year with a joyful celebration at the Gobble Wobble 5K, a family-favorite Thanksgiving tradition.
