Our scenic course travels through beautiful park pathways designed for runners, walkers, families, and first-time participants alike.
Water stations and volunteer support will be available throughout the course.

Kharites Works Race Terms & Conditions
1. Registration & Participation
All participants must complete official registration before participating.
Registrations are non-transferable unless approved by event organizers.
Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
Participants agree to follow all event rules, volunteer instructions, and applicable laws.
2. Assumption of Risk
Participation in running and walking events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Falls
Uneven terrain
Weather conditions
Physical injury
Medical emergencies
Environmental hazards
Participants voluntarily accept these risks and affirm they are physically able to participate.
3. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless Kharites Works, its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, partners, affiliates, and property owners from claims arising from participation in the event, including personal injury, illness, property damage, accidents, or delays in emergency care.
4. Medical Authorization
Participants authorize emergency personnel to provide medical treatment if necessary and understand they are responsible for any associated medical expenses.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Events will proceed rain or shine unless conditions are determined unsafe.
Kharites Works reserves the right to postpone, modify, reroute, shorten, or cancel the event due to weather, emergencies, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Refunds may not be available for cancellations beyond organizational control.
6. Course Conditions
Participants understand the course may include paved surfaces, gravel, dirt trails, natural terrain, and uneven areas and agree to exercise caution throughout the event.
7. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to treat volunteers, fellow participants, vendors, and community members with respect.
Kharites Works reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or abusive behavior.
8. Photography & Media Release
By participating, attendees grant Kharites Works permission to use photographs, video, or audio captured during the event for promotional purposes, including social media, print materials, websites, and future marketing.
Participants who prefer not to appear in media should notify event organizers before the event begins.
9. Charitable Purpose
Kharites Works is a nonprofit organization committed to strengthening communities through outreach, advocacy, education, and charitable programming.
Participation, donations, sponsorships, and fundraising efforts help support these community-focused initiatives.
10. Event Changes
Kharites Works reserves the right to modify event schedules, race routes, participant limits, policies, merchandise, awards, or other event details as needed.
Participants will be notified of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.
11. Agreement
By registering for or participating in this event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.
