Babcock Ranch is excited to announce our annual Jingle Bell 5K Run/Walk. The course is 3.1 miles of scenic beauty around Babcock Ranch. 
EARLY PACKET PICKUP: Wednesday & Thursday, Dec 17th and 18th, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, Dec 19th, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 
PICKUP LOCATION: Babcock Ranch Lifestyle Office, 42891 Lake Babcock Drive, Punta Gorda, FL 33982. 
 
RACE DAY PARKING: Free ample parking is available near the starting area.
RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP:  6:45 to 7:45 a.m. at Babcock Ranch Founder's Square. 
RACE DAY REGISTRATION:  6:45 to 7:45 a.m., cost is $40.00.  
RACE START TIME: 8:00 a.m. 
 
SHIRTS: Shirts are available while supplies last. If your preferred size is no longer available, please select a different size or choose the NO SHIRT option. The size you select at registration is guaranteed if it is available at the time you register.
 
There will be post-race snacks and awards. 
The race is chip-timed by Beach Bum Timing.  
Bathrooms and Water Stations will be located at the start and finish areas. The water stop will also be at the halfway mark.  
Awards:
Age group awards are based off-chip time.
There will be overall awards and finisher medals.
Actual Awards:
1st Place Overall Awards - Male & Female.
1st Place Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Masters - Male & Female
In-person awards to the top three M/F in the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75-79, 80+ (1st and 2nd only)

A: Yes, the untimed fun run will start 5 minutes after timed 5K.
Q: What is the course surface like?
A: The course is paved roads and sidewalks.
Q: Are dogs allowed on the course? 
A: You may run with your dog, but you assume ALL responsibility for your dog. Your pet must be leashed at all times and up to date on vaccinations. Please pick up after your pooch. Participants with dogs will start at the back of the race. 
Q: Are strollers allowed on the course? 
A: Yes. Participants with strollers must start at the back of the race. 
Q: Is the course good for spectators? 
A: Yes.
