The Jingle Bell 5k is a 3.1 mile course taking runners through the streets of downtown Montrose, PA as the smell of Christmas trees, and the sound of Christmas carols fill the town, while Christmas in Montrose festivities are underway.
Grab your friends, family, and pets – don't forget to register by November 1, 2026 to receive an exclusive "Vintage Country Christmas" themed Jingle Bell 5k participants shirt.
Be sure to wear your holiday attire and stay around with your friends and family to enjoy the many other attractions of the day to include a visit from Santa, horse drawn carriage rides, live music and many free activities!

This is a family friendly race, strollers are welcome. Anyone over the age of 2yo participating in the race, as a runner OR a walker MUST be registered. Participants without valid registration bibs provided by CIM will be removed from the course by local authorities.
Awards will be presented to the first finisher, both male and female, in each of the following categories during the 11:00am award ceremony. Participants must be present to accept their award. Awards not claimed during the awards ceremony will become property of CIM and no longer be available to the winning participants.

Dogs must be leashed at all times and are the full responsibility of the owner. Christmas in Montrose will accept no responsibility for injuries or accidents pertaining to dogs participating.
The size shirt you request during your registration is the size shirt you will be given with your packet pickup, no exceptions – please double check your registration before submitting. There will not be any extra race shirts available, after the 11/1/26 deadline shirt orders are closed.
This race will take place snow or shine, please plan and dress accordingly!
Registered participants will receive an email with lots of event details and pertinent information the week of the race – please do not bombard the race director with email questions prior to this, they are busy making this the best race Montrose has the pleasure of hosting for all of you!
