JackFest 2026

*New In 2026*
-Registration in the One Mile or Two Mile XC races automatically guarantees entry into the Kid's Superhero Dash and Child-Parent 2x200 Relay
-The Middle School XC races will now be a 2 mile race instead of a 1.5 mile race
-The Superhero Dashes have different distances with the youngest age groups doing 100 meters (1/2 lap), the middle age groups doing 200 meters (1 lap), and the oldest kids doing 400 meters (2 laps).
-The redesigned XC course will feature a mixture of flat(ter) and hilly grass terrain
-Entry Prices include a free JackFest shirt as well as entry into all of the other wonderful activities at JackFest.
-Register Early to get a $5 discount ($15 vs $20)!

12:00pm JackFest Begins!

1:00pm ($15): Girl's 1 Mile Elementary School XC Race (Grades K-5th)

This JackFest favorite is back in 2026, and will take place on the gently rolling grass paths at Foxfield.  It is open to all girls in grades K-5th and will be contested in one large field where everyone starts at the same time.  Although everyone competes together, the final results will be broken down by grade (not age).

Registration in this event will include a free 2026 JackFest shirt, and medals will go to the top three girls in each grade.

Teams: We will also do team scoring for this race, and will count the first three (3) finishers from each school.  The winning team will take home the 2026 JackFest Champion plaque. When registering, please note that there is a question regarding which school your child is affiliated with.

1:15pm ($15): Boy's 1 Mile Elementary School XC Race (Grades K-5th)

2:15pm Kids' Superhero Dash ($15)

Kids will compete in a 100-400 meter footrace (distance depends on age) on the flat grass track at Foxfield.  Each age will have its own separate race with the younger ages (2-4) running 100 meters,  the middle ages (5-8) running 200 meters, and the older ages (9 and up) running 400 meters.  The race sections will look like the following, and we will begin with the youngest age groups and go up from there...

100 Meters (1/2 Lap): 2 & Under, 3 Years Old, 4 Years Old

200 Meters (1 Lap): 5 Years Old, 6 Years Old, 7 Years Old, 8 Years Old

400 Meters (2 Laps): 9 Years Old, 10 Years Old, 11 Years Old, 12-13 Years Old

Registration in this event will include a free 2026 JackFest shirt, and ribbons will go to the top 5 overall finishers in each age group.

~3:00pm (FREE): Child-Parent 2x200 Meter Relay
This race will be free and will conclude the running events for the day.  It will be contested on our flat, grass track and is open to kids of ALL ages.  We will divide this race up into sections depending on registration numbers.  In each race, the child will always run the first leg, and the parent will run second.  There is no entry fee for this event.
