💚 Hope & Heroes Run is Washington State's first-ever PANS/PANDAS awareness run — created to shine a light on a neuropsychiatric condition that is too often misunderstood, misdiagnosed, and faced in silence. On October 11, 2026, Washington shows up for these children and their families.
Join hundreds of heroes at beautiful Marymoor Park in Redmond for a family-friendly 5K, 10K, Kids Dash, and Heroic Sip & Stroll- superhero costumes are strongly encouraged. Run with your family. Join a community of heroes. Celebrate courage, community, and hope as the littlest sidekicks cross their very first finish line. This is October done right.
Whether you're a seasoned runner, a total beginner, or just here to watch your little sidekick zoom across the finish line in a cape, there is a place for every hero here. All ages. All paces. Strollers welcome. All of Washington welcome.

⚡ The Fearless 5K — 3.1 miles You don't have to be fast to be fearless. The Fearless 5K winds through the beautiful paths of Marymoor Park and is open to every age, every pace, and every hero in between. Stroller friendly. Timed finish. Register by September 25, 2026 for a guaranteed event t-shirt and finisher medal.
💪 The Unstoppable 10K — 6.2 miles The most unstoppable thing in the world? A hero who decided to show up. The Unstoppable 10K is the ultimate hero challenge — 6.2 miles through the scenic paths of Marymoor Park. Stroller friendly. Timed finish. Age group and overall awards. Register by September 25, 2026 for a guaranteed event t-shirt and finisher medal.
⭐ Super Sidekick Dash — 0.4 miles · Ages 0–5 Every superhero needs a sidekick — and this one gets their very own race. Children ages 0–5 take over the course for a mighty 0.4 mile dash in full superhero style. Superhero costumes strongly encouraged — capes, masks, and superpowers of all kinds welcome at the starting line. Every single finisher receives an official Super Sidekick Finisher Ribbon — because around here every hero wins. Parents and guardians welcome to run alongside.
🥤 Heroic Sip & Stroll — 3.1 miles Not all heroes run. Some stroll — and they do it in style. The Heroic Sip & Stroll is a relaxed, superhero costume-encouraged, non-alcoholic stroll through beautiful Marymoor Park perfect for those who want to be part of the action without the race pressure. All ages. Strollers welcome. All capes encouraged.
