Kick off Hogeye weekend with the Hogeye Hustle 5K Glow in the Dark, a fun community 5K bringing runners, walkers, families, and friends together to light up Downtown Elgin!
Join us on Thursday, October 22, 2026 for an evening 5K featuring a glow-in-the-dark atmosphere, neon lights, music, and plenty of community spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a first-time 5K participant, or prefer to walk the course, everyone is welcome! Our route is stroller-friendly, so bring the whole family!
Come dressed in your brightest neon, glow-in-the-dark gear, or your favorite Elgin Texas Run Club shirt and get ready to kick off Hogeye weekend in a fun, active way.
This race is all about community, movement, and having fun together while kicking off one of Elgin’s biggest weekends of the year!

Free child participation does not include a finisher medal. Medals are reserved for participants who complete a paid registration. Children participating in the race must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or responsible adult.
